PinnacleWare web based support is available for clients 24 x 7. A valid login id and password is needed to access the support portal.

Many of your technical questions can be answered from the knowledge base. In the event all questions are not answered you may call the extended support line. Extended support with live customer support is available for contract customers. Extended support is available Monday to Saturday from 8:00am to 8:00pm. Be sure to have your account information available before calling.
